What are your business hours?

Our office is open Monday-Thursday between 5:00-8:00pm. If you need assistance outside of office hours, please send us an email or message us on social media.
Do you offer Open Gym?

Yes! You do not have to be a member of UCL to attend Open Gym. Summer 2024 (May-August) Open Gym times are Monday-Thursday from 7:30-9:00pm. Open Gym is $10/athlete.
Do you offer Free Trial Class?

Yes! After your athlete's evaluation, we will be able to schedule your free trial class.
How do I get signed up for a class?

All athletes must go through a short evaluation in order to be placed in a tumbling class. The evaluation is FREE and only takes about 20 minutes. Once the evaluation is complete, we will be able to schedule your FREE TRIAL CLASS. You can schedule your evaluation by logging into the Customer Portal and clicking on the "Booking" tab.
Do you offer Private Lessons?

Yes we do. In order to take Private Lessons at Ultimate Cheer Lubbock, athletes must be members of the gym by paying the annual $35 Registration Fee. However, you do not have to take a monthly class or be on a team in order to take Private Lessons.
Where is your main office locted?

We are located at 7806 County Road 7050, Lubbock, TX 79407, behind the APEX Event Center. You will drive around the East side (sand volleyball court side) of APEX to the back parking lot.
Do you have to tryout to be on a team?

Our half year non-travel show teams do not require tryouts. All athletes will be placed on a team through sign ups.

Our full year Novice, Prep, and Elite teams will have tryouts in May of each year. If you missed tryouts, we may have spots available.
